At Top Online Liquor Shop, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to legal regulations regarding alcohol sales, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your package for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect labels before signing for the shipment.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, email our support team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- 3.Await Return Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and verify the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
