Do I need to be 21 to place an order?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification at the time of delivery.
How are the liquor bottles packaged for shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty protective packaging designed to prevent breakage. Each bottle is individually wrapped and secured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for alcoholic beverages?
Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcohol once it has been delivered. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
What happens if I am not home to sign for my delivery?
By law, a person over 21 must sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will typically make two more attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse.
