"1800 Tequila Reserva Reposado, NOM 1122. This clear golden spirit was enjoyed in a double shot glass. It had a medium scent of alcohol at first which developed into roasted agave & oak after airing for a short period of time. The initial taste was peppery, smoky, & spicy with sweet fruit, a hint of vanilla, & medium alcohol. The pepper & spice lingered with some bitterness in this medium bodied tequila & finished in medium fashion where the slightly bitter taste dissipated. 1800 Reposado was fairly smooth, "
